Pre-orders ship from our July 6 launch date. After launch, orders process within 1–2 business days.

U.S. orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days via tracked carrier.

You'll receive tracking info by email once your order ships.
Lost or Stuck Packages
Contact us if your package hasn't moved in 10 business days and we'll investigate with the carrier.
