Refund Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene standards for returns.

Eligible Returns

Unopened, unused items in original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used intimate products, lubricants, lingerie, and apparel are non-returnable.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos for a replacement or full refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
